Flu Time Self-portrait

When a photographer gets the flu and can't go outside, the muse is not well either, cats and kids are sick of his camera already and really want to photograph something it may end up like here...

Self-portraits, especially in a home studio with lighting, are a bit of a chaotic task for me. Even with the technology involved, like tethering and remote control of the camera from a mobile phone, still setting the proper light, camera control, and control facial expression is challenging. Bit of running circles: seat, laptop, camera, light, and back to the seat... and again... and again...
